Why Soria?Soria is a small town in Castilla y León where Aitana’s matrilineal heritage stretches beyond the written record. Aitana grew up visiting Spain with her family nearly every summer, and Keegan started to tag along in 2014. It’s a special place, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
What is the deadline to RSVP?June 15th. We’ve extended it to give everyone a little more time to get things in order, but please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. The sooner the better!

Do you have a registry?Yes! You can find it here. Also, a note to our artist friends: we’d LOVE to have your art in our home! ;)
What’s the dress code?Elevated cocktail attire - polished & festive. We want you to feel good and look good! Expect warm temperatures during the day and cooler temperatures in the evening. Our venue is both indoor/outdoor with some grass/dirt outside. Please avoid white, ivory, and cream out of respect for the bride <3
Is there a color palette?Yes, but use it as a reference rather than a strict guideline. Blood moon, slate, deep ocean blue, hibiscus, and sunset colors like warm oranges, reds and yellows.

What should I do?Aitana set up this great map of recommendations for food, sightseeing, outdoor activities and day trips! Check it out to get a lay of the land.
Is there a welcome party? Because everyone will be coming into town on different days, we will be organizing some casual hangs for the days leading up to the wedding. Keep an eye out for emails/texts from us with more information.
Are plus ones allowed?Plus ones have been extended on a case-by-case basis and are reflected on your invitation. If you have questions about your specific invitation, please reach out to us directly.
Should I rent a car?More detailed information on car rentals can be found on the Travel page, but in general, we recommend taking the bus to Soria for most people. We will have buses from town to our venue on the day of the wedding.
Do I need a visa?Not from the US! You’re good to go with a passport that is valid for 3 months after your departure date. If you’re flying in from another country, double check current requirements. Europe will be requiring visas in late 2026, but there is no news yet on when exactly. If anything changes we will promptly notify everyone.
Note: if you have a layover in the UK, you will need to get their Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) document. It costs about $25 if you get it beforehand and more at the airport.
How do I use my phone in Europe?Check to see if your cell provider includes international use in your plan. If they don’t, we recommend getting an e-sim card through an app or getting one through a local provider (like Orange, Vodafone).
Regardless, we recommend downloading Whatsapp for messaging - it’s good over WiFi.
Should I get travel insurance?It’s never a bad idea! Many credit cards include travel protections, or you could research options through a website like squaremouth.com. Aitana’s family has used Seven Corners multiple times.
I don’t know much about Spain or Spanish culture. What should I know?The pace of life is slower, meals start later and go longer. Most places close midday and all day Sunday. Don’t expect waiters to be overbearing - if you need something, let it be known - especially if you’re at a bar or sitting outdoors.
Tipping culture – If you’re getting a couple of drinks at the bar, a couple cents of leftover change is more than enough. For a full meal, a couple euros max is sufficient.
I don’t speak Spanish. Do people speak English?Many Spaniards speak English in the larger cities, but in smaller towns like Soria, there may be fewer bilingual people. Learning a little bit of Spanish goes a long way. Here are some links to learn a few key phrases!
