For most people, flying directly into Madrid is the most convenient option.It takes
about 2.5 hours to get from Madrid to Soria. We recommend taking the comfortable charter
bus directly from the airport to Soria. Driving is also an option:
By Bus
Alsa buses leave directly from International Terminal 4. After grabbing your bags, follow the signs up an escalator towards the Alsa bus station. If you aren’t planning to go directly to Soria from the airport, buses also leave from the Avenida de America bus station in the city. About 10+ buses leave per day, but be sure to get your bus ticket at least a month or so in advance so you can guarantee your seat. For international flights, it’s recommended to give yourself at least 2 hours between arrival time and bus departure time, as you will need to wait for checked luggage to arrive, and to buffer any flight delays.
By Car
Rental cars can be picked up directly from the airport parking lot. Alamo and Europcar are two options we’ve had a good experience with. If you choose to rent a car, don’t forget to get your International Driving Permit (IDP) from your local AAA or online. Keep in mind that dropoff would most likely be back in Madrid or another big city (if you want to do a roadtrip!), since Soria’s car rental options are extremely limited, especially for automatic cars.
Pro tip! Start your trip off right by not rushing to catch the bus and instead spend
a moment sipping on your first (of many) ice cold "cañas" and eating a chorizo or
tortilla sandwich in the terminal.

Directions to Finca San Marcos
Finca San Marcos is about 6 minutes outside of the city
center at Paraje San Marcos, 13, 42005 Soria, Spain.
We will provide buses to and from the venue,
so no need to worry about getting there on
the wedding day. Buses leave from Avenida Duques de Soria
& Calle Clara Campoamor promptly at 5:45pm.
